The Teachings of Bhagavad-Gita for Effective Work-Life Management

Bhagavad-Gita is the most read and commented sacred scripture of the Hindu philosophy all over the world. It is a dialogue between Lord Krishna and Arjuna right in the middle of the battlefield of Kurushetra. This dialogue contains messages and teachings which are even valid in today's time and most appropriate for effective life and work management.

With this thought, this series of talks has been designed to bring about awareness regarding the key teachings of Bhagavad-Gita which will definitely be of immense help to young people in meeting the challenges of life like; stress, fears, anxiety, indecisiveness, self-confidence, managing relationships and clarity. 

The series consisting of 10 sessions (each session will be for 1:30 hours) will cover following points:

  • Overview of Gita

  • Who am I?

  • Relationship with others and existence

  • What is Meditation?

  • What is Yoga?

  • The concept of karma-yoga and its dimensions

  • The nature and its three gunas

  • Dev and Asuric pravarti

  • The concept of varnashrama

  • Attributes of a yogi

The sessions will be highly interactive. To ensure effective participation and learning, the maximum  number of participants will be four only.

Contribution: Rs. 1500.00 per participant.
